Episode 53 - DOTD Indy DOTD '15 Afterthoughts & Pictures!

Countless testimonials are posted on this blog as well as on our show about our feelings for the Days of the Dead show, and their staff. Feel free to look back over the past shows and see the relentless adoration we have for this show. It is a unique experience that can only be had with Days of the Dead and honestly, no other show. They are not the only horror convention even within our region, but they damn sure are miles above the rest for any passionate horror convention fan. I have experienced their show as a general patron, a volunteer, and in recent times as a member of this genre’s pseudo-press (we don’t have delusional big heads about it, we just like spreading the word) and never once has any experience been a step back in terms of quality or fun. As we mentioned on the show, it continues to grow in size without any sacrifice in quality. The friends we have made have left it to feel like a distant family we see, at minimum, twice a year. That’s more than some of my actual family, and that’s okay. We look forward to these weekends with great warmth and excitement, which is never left unfulfilled. Before I continue to wax their car too much, allow me to simply stop and say this:

I hope you all enjoyed the weekend as much as we did. I hope I will see many of you in 4 months from now in Chicago. Below are some favorite pictures from this recent weekend in Indianapolis. All apologies to all for this taking a few weeks, but we all have day jobs and difficult schedules. We hope you enjoy.

Until next time…
